Refund policy

Profashional Scrubs Return & Refund Policy 

 At Profashional Scrubs, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, our return and refund policy provides clear guidelines on how we can assist you. 

 Returns 

 Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

 To be eligible for a return: 

- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. 

- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds 

 Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

 - Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days. The credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. 

Late or Missing Refunds 

 If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe: 

1. Check your bank account again. 

2. Contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at Profashionalscrubs@gmail.com or 1868-474-3591. 

 Sale Items 

 Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on sale items. 

 Exchanges 

 We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you need a different size. If the item you need is out of stock, we offer two options: 

1. Wait for Restock: Return the item within 14 days, and we will issue an exchange note valid until the desired item is back in stock. 

2. Alternative Solution: If you do not wish to wait, we can offer a refund or store credit instead.

 Return Shipping/Delivery 

 - Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. 

- Other Returns: For all other returns, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

 Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

 International Returns 

 If you are returning an item from outside of Trinidad and Tobago, please contact us to discuss the best return method and any applicable costs.
